Return and Refund Policy
At Backcountry Balance, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for safety and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. In these cases, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
To request a return or report an issue, please email info@backcountrybalance.net with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable processing time after the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Backcountry Balance reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
